In the moment of time there have been certain aspects to which we Muslims have ignored the true meaning of it and for such a reason we are expected to follow the recommended path that leads to forgiveness and mercy. A good example would be of reciting Quran, where one cannot understand the meanings and still believe to acquire benefits. Such as:
The Prophet said: “The Qur’an is an intercessor, something given permission to intercede, and it is rightfully believed in. Whoever puts it in front of him, it will lead him to Paradise; whoever puts it behind him, it will steer him to the Hellfire.” [An authentic Hadith found in At-Tabaraanee, on the authority of ‘Abdullaah ibn Mas’ood]
There can be nothing beautiful and more special than the divine source of blessing such as Quran and for such a reason there can be no excuse to recite Quran with appropriate understanding and practice to acquire a lot more benefits.

- Your status in this life will be raised
- The Qur’an will lead you to Paradise!
- You will be from the best of the people
- The Qur’an will intercede for us on the Day of Judgment
- The Qur’an will be a proof for us on the Day of Judgment
- Reading and reflecting over the Qur’an fulfils an Islamic duty
- There are ten rewards for each letter you recite from the Quran
- The person reciting Qur’an will be in the company of the noble and obedient angels
- Your position in Paradise is determined by the amount of Qur’an you memorize in this life!
